What we collect

• Order details: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number if you provide it.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
• Messages: what you write to us through the contact form or by email.
• Site usage: cookies and analytics data about how the store is used.
• Email list: your email address if you subscribe, which you can withdraw at any time.

How we use it

To produce and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to send order updates, to prevent fraud, to improve the store, and, if you subscribed, to send occasional emails about new work.

Who we share it with

Your order details are shared with our print and shipping partners (Printify and its print providers and carriers) only to produce and deliver your order. Payment data is processed by Stripe. Newsletter emails are sent through our email service provider. Analytics and advertising data may be processed by Google Analytics and Meta. We never sell your personal information.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our partners process data in the United States and in other countries. If you order from outside the United States, your information is transferred to the United States to fulfill your order.

Cookies

We use cookies for the shopping cart, analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart requires cookies to work.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@bassem.art. Residents of the EU, the UK, Canada, Australia and California have additional rights under their local privacy laws, including the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA, which we honor. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
