Terms of Sale
These terms govern every purchase made on bassem.art, a store owned and operated by Integrated Success Initiative LLC (“we”, “us”), San Diego, California, USA, doing business as Bassem.art.

Orders and prices
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the countries we ship to. If your bank or card is in another currency, the conversion is handled by your payment provider or by Stripe at checkout. Prices do not include import VAT, GST, duties or carrier fees charged by the destination country; see our Shipping Policy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel any order we cannot fulfill and will refund it in full.

Taxes
Where the law requires us to collect sales tax or VAT on your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Offers and codes
From time to time we may offer a discount code. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be ended or changed at any time; a code that was valid when you ordered is always honored for that order.

Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement as BASSEM.ART. We never see or store your card details.

The prints
Each piece is an open-edition reproduction of a digital work by Bassem, made to order by our print partners in the United States in the material chosen at checkout: an art print on 285 gsm textured watercolor matte paper, shipped unframed; a matte canvas gallery-wrapped on a 0.75 in frame; or a framed print on 200 gsm matte paper in a wood frame with an acrylic cover. The works are created with digital tools, including AI-assisted generation, and are directed, selected and finished by Bassem. Colors vary between screens and paper, and a print may look slightly different from the image on your display. Sizes are given in inches.

Intellectual property
All artwork, text and images on this site are the property of Integrated Success Initiative LLC or its licensors. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print for display. It does not transfer copyright, and it does not give any right to copy, scan, reproduce, sell reproductions of, or commercially use the work.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Independence
Bassem.art is an independent store. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, gallery or brand, and the works do not use the names, marks or distinctive styles of any of them.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
