Get in touch
Whether it is a question about an order, a size you are unsure of, how a piece might sit in your room, or help choosing a gift, write to us. Every message lands in the same inbox and is read by a person who knows the work.
If it is about an order, add the order number from your confirmation email and we can answer faster. If it is about size, tell us the width of the wall, what stands below it, and roughly where you will see it from, and we will suggest a size. Buying for someone else? Tell us a little about their home and we will suggest a few pieces.

Quick answers
01
Where is my order?
Every print is made after you order it, then shipped free with a tracking link sent by email. See the shipping policy for production and delivery times.
02
Damaged or misprinted?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we reprint it free or refund you in full, your choice. No need to send anything back. See returns and refunds.
03
Which size should I choose?
A simple guide: over a sofa or a bed, choose a piece about two thirds of the furniture’s width. On a wall of its own, go larger than feels safe. Unsure? Write to us with the wall’s width and we will suggest one. More in the FAQ.
