Returns and refunds
Every print on Bassem.art is made for you when you order it. Because of this we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or a size that turns out not to suit the wall, so please check the sizes and our framing advice before ordering. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer law of the country you live in.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email support@bassem.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will reprint it free of charge or refund you in full, your choice. No need to send anything back.
Damage means a crease, a dent, a tear, a scuff or a mark on the print, or packaging crushed in transit. A gentle curl on an art print that traveled rolled is normal and settles within a day or two; our FAQ explains how to flatten a print. Small differences between the colors on your screen and the colors on paper are not a misprint, because every screen shows color differently.

Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days in the United States or 25 business days internationally, contact us and we will reship or refund.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it.

Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Where that right applies to your order, tell us within 14 days of delivery by email to support@bassem.art, return the piece unused and undamaged, packed as it arrived, within 14 days of telling us, at your own cost, and we will refund the price within 14 days of receiving it back.
